Only reason I give them a 3 is for the sales. Scott and Cody are awesome. If you need service that’s a different story. Staff are very dismissive and don’t seem like they care. My truck had a leak which made the carpet under the rear seats wet. They fixed the leak but did nothing to dry the carpet It also started smoking real bad when it went into regen mode. This was not put on the work order so I called and they said they would look into it. Not done.


Don’t typically leave reviews; however, recently purchased a Jeep with Roberson and was the best car buying experience I have had. The sales associate Scott Cole was terrific and would highly recommend. Courteous and transparent throughout the process. Big thank you to the whole team.

I try not to write good reviews we should all be doing our jobs. But these guys worked hard for me. My name is Eric Geozos, the establishment frowns upon my flower business and have seen some things. I had a very specific request they found it, and a hard time finding a loan even with great credit due to the flower business. They didn’t give up, it took a bit and they found a great APR. my Chrysler Pacifica has held up and is payed off this year. Nathan there did an excellent job.

I have been doing business with Roberson since 2012 and haven't had a bad experience yet. Johny Christensen took excellent care of me during my most recent endeavor. He kept me constantly updated while the mechanics did a great job fixing up my Jeep. Also, the new (to me) contact via text messaging was extremely convenient for me and my busy schedule. Now my Jeep drives like brand new again; I couldn't be happier.

I can't express how much I appreciate this group, especially Johnny. We ran through several technical and staffing issues in a company transition that happened in tandem with my jeep fix. He not only fought for me to get warranties to cover parts, he also provided me with a no charge rental until they could get me buttoned up. He went above and beyond and was in constant communication the whole time, so I knew my baby was in good hands! 10 stars!

We found a Tahoe we were interested in online. Called and spoke with Kody who was very helpful. Since we were out of town and couldn’t get to the dealership until the next day he sent us a video of the Tahoe, inside and the outside too. When we arrived at the dealership the Tahoe was out front for us. Kody was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I think from the time we walked in to the time we drive off with our new car was about 2 hours.

They were very helpful and went out of their way to help me free of charge! I found out that the mechanic I had previously used was trying to charge me for some expensive work I didn't need! Thanks Cameron!

Had a great experience at Roberson. My salesperson April did a great job starting at our initial interaction on the phone providing details and sending me a video of a car I was interested in. Once at the dealership she provided me with great information on options. Between the sales team, the management, and business department I have no complaints. Everyone seemed upfront and honest during the process and I really felt taken care of.

We drove 1.25 hours to the dealership to look at a specific vehicle after speaking to a salesman, Scott, on the phone to confirm it was still available. I had a wonderful experience with my service on my jeep gladiator. Making an appointment online was very smooth. I was greeted by Bob at the service desk upon my arrival into the building and paperwork, for my service was handled in a very quick manner. I was told approximately how long it would take, and the estimate was spot on. I was very pleased with my experience.

Inquired about a vehicle on the 23rd. Scheduled to look at it on the 24th. Assisted by both Katie and Amber. Received a text from Amber saying she couldn’t make it, but Scott Cole would assist me. Communication was great! Much appreciated! Met with Scott, drove my vehicle of choice and ended up driving it home within a couple hours. ALL personnel are very professional as well as personable. Never felt pressured or hurried. Really great atmosphere! Definitely would recommend them! Thank you EVERYONE!!!

Update: I was able to chat with the service manager who was really nice. He found out that I was over charged and sent me a check with an almost $300 difference. But if it wasn't for me complaining about it, I would have been stuck with the almost $900 bill. What a terrible experience!! I would give the actual service five stars. Johny was the adviser I worked with and he was great! He answered my questions, kept me advised of what was going on with my van and the time line. The van seems to be working well now. The frustrating part was in getting the appointment. When I called for the appointment it was 4 to 5 weeks out. Driving around for that long with my fingers crossed that the van wouldn't stall in traffic was not fun!

Great experience working with Katie and Josh. Both were very customer focused. Josh was extremely helpful in getting me into a new 2025 Ram 1500 after my previous truck died. Katie was super friendly and great at explaining the various components of the new truck. She even helped getting all my items out of the old truck and into the new one. This is the 4th vehicle I've purchased from Roberson and I continue to be pleased with their customer service orientation. I highly recommend both Katie and Josh.

Excellent Service Dept..!! I am a long-time customer of Roberson Chrysler Jeep Ram in Salem, OR. I have purchased 6-New Jeeps from Roberson Jeep. On my most recent visit to Roberson Service Department, with Tim Byerley, there was an issue with my 2022 Jeep Compass plastic side cover for my drivers-seat controls, non-warranty. I didn't know whether I caused the issue, or if it was faulty item. Tim Byerly talked with his manager and told me the problem would be fixed at no charge to me. went to purchase 2 oil change as they advertise on their website and MOPAR coupon and they said flat to me they do not honor their own coupons, they come with a lot of excuses, they are not a people of honor this is a false advertise. this is the second time with this issue.

I recently took my Jeep Wrangler to get a replacement radio. The technician, Cameron, noticed there was a recall on my clutch and asked if I would like to include that service. He told me it could take up to 2 days to do both. Instead, I got it back within 5 hours. Amazing! I am completely satisfied with the service I get at Roberson Jeep. Thank you so much.

The warranty repair problem was a difficult one but Loring and the techs kept after it until solved. We buy a new car every three years and Roberson will be the first dealership visited after this experience.
