I just had the greatest experience buying a used truck. Will PENN and the manager, Joe were honest transparent, and made this purchase amazing in every respect if you’re in the market for new or used, I highly recommend that you contact will, he listens, is easy-going and everything you could hope for in a sales person.

My experience with the service department here got off to a rough start, but eventually they made the effort to make things right. I'm giving only three stars because it took longer than I feel it should have to reach a reasonable outcome. If you encounter any problems with the service department make sure to speak with management ASAP so they can help you find the right solution.

We purchased a new Jeep from Matt. This was hands down the easiest car-buying experience I’ve had. I told him exactly what I needed, and he was straight forward- no games, no back and forth, no pressure. We came to a quick agreement and were out the door in about 2 hours for the total experience. Matt was just genuinely a good person. He wasn't just trying to make a sale. He clearly has a strong moral compass and I would 100% recommend working with him and this dealership.

I don't normally write online reviews but in this case it's well deserved. I bought a used vehicle yesterday from Will Penn at Roberson Chrysler Jeep in Salem. My wife and me walked onto their lot yesterday and purchased a quality used vehicle in less than a hour. Between Will and the dealership manager it was the most pleasant buying experience we have had in some time. My husband and I have been looking for a Jeep for a couple years now trying to narrow down all the options. We've been turned off by several dealerships because we always like to fully do our research before msking a large dollar purchase, and most didn't give us a time of day once they found that out about us. Not only did he take care of what needed to be done efficiently and in a timely fashion, but he did it with one of the biggest smiles I’ve seen. Greeted me with that smile, looked me in the eye while shaking my hand to greet me. Truly made me feel like family when I went into to Roberson, and for that Logan and Roberson will undoubtedly have my business and referral. Great hire Roberson! Scott and will were great to work with when we bought our jeep. They worked very hard for us when we bought our first vehicle there. When we had issues with it they and the manager worked even harder to take care of us and make it right. I Highly recommend Roberson!

We came by the dealership to look at a Jeep we had seen on the website. We were greeted at the door by Martin. He was very friendly and took us to the vehicle. He explained all the features and showed us the CarFax information. After a test drive, we told Martin we had other vehicles to look at. There was no pressure to "get it now" he respected our wishes. We decided the Roberson Jeep was our choice. I contacted the dealership but Martin was gone for the day. Hayden told us to stop by an he could assist. He met us at the door and led us through the purchase process. 1st time I have enjoyed buying a vehicle. I enjoyed working with great people for a great deal.

I had bought my fair share of cars over the years and usually I hate going to the dealerships but this was my first experience with Roberson and I have to say it was by fair the best experience I’ve ever had buying from a dealer. Hayden was my salesman and literally made the entire process so easy, most friendly staff I’ve encountered to date. Will 100% be buying from here again!!

Had a check engine light pop up on my newer dodge ram. Scheduled a service appointment and came in, they were able to use my warranty to fully cover as well as order me an Uber home. Alex the service advisor was great to work with.

The employees are very personable and helpful! The mechanics do excellent work! Their phone system has much to be desired. I call but leave a message and end up playing phone tag with the service writer. I would like to just wait until someone picks up the line and answers my question.

Awesome experience!! Would definately buy another vehicle here again. After shopping around at different dealers, Vanessa my salesperson, clearly was outstanding. Friendly, honest, knowledgeable, and worked for me to get the best price on my Rubicon X. Joe was also great in arranging finances and follow through. The service department quickly got the floor mats, and get this.... Vanessa installed them before I knew it. Wow!!!

Fantastic experience purchasing a Wrangler at Roberson. While they didn't have the one I wanted in stock, they found one at a different dealer. The entire process was quick, clear, and fantastic. Our salesman, Hayden, was great.

The service department here is fantastic. Everyone is friendly and helpful, and they don't make me feel dumb when I ask a bunch of questions. I have twice forgotten cash in my Jeep when being serviced, and the money has never disappeared. Five stars.

In my many years I have had buying cars, this was by far my best experience. I first came to Roberson Chrysler weeks ago looking for a specific Jeep. Marrin the sales rep did not have the exact one I wanted. Instead of pressuring me into something else he simply got my info and let me know he would contact me when one came in. Few weeks later I got text the day it came into their location. Martin arranged to meet me the next day. Martin meet me at the front door. Not only did it end up being exactly what I was looking for, but Martin went the extra mile to make sure i got the exact deal I was looking for, not only for the Jeep I wanted, but good fair value for my trade in as well. I then went to managers office to finalize the deal. Thats where things normally go wrong for me in getting pressured into to a worse deal or add ons and costs I dont want. Instead Cody did the opposite. He not only was honest about all my options, bit made sure I got just deal I was promised. He was very knowledgeable on everything that was presented to me. All said and done it was the greatest experience I have had with a dealership and I would highly recommended Roberson Chrysler to all my friends and family, as well as use them for any future purchases.

Had a great experience buying my wife, a brand new Dodge Durango! Hayden was our sales person, Very professional low pressure we arrived. He greeted us. We wanted some time to walk around and look at the inventory by ourselves. He did just that, allowed us to walk around didn’t harass us, usually a problem most dealerships. when we landed on a car, he got the keys and pulled it right up. we gave them numbers of where we wanted to be, and he got us within reason surprisingly close. Didn’t try to upsell us on a bunch of stuff we didn’t want. And we decided to take it on a second test drive To really make sure it’s what we wanted. during that second Test drive the team took it upon themselves to actually get us a lower rate Then initially offered. That really impressed me and was very appreciative. Hayden Really walked us through the vehicle and really make sure we knew how to use it. he followed up with us later to make sure it was still everything was to our liking! their sales team here is awesome. Hayden is a huge asset to them! I look forward to coming back when I purchase a truck. also, they did a full detail on the vehicle before they gave it to us.

Beware of this dealership of SNAKES - I bought my TRX from them - told me it was a “demo” truck 70 miles on it - asked multiple times if it has the manufacture warranty still on it - told me multiple times it did (my daughter sitting right beside me as they told me this) had I not had to take it to another dealership I never would have known the extent of their deceit….the TRX I bought from them as a “demo” had actually been previously STOLEN- they bought from an auction house (which I missed in the original signing of the papers and that is on me ) but being it was stolen Chrysler voided any and ALL responsibility for the truck (i.e. NO WARRANTY whatsoever) they knew when they sold it to me - I brought it in for oil changes etc after I bought it - it’s states there is no warranty when my truck is pulled up on their computers … nothing but a bunch of xxxxxxxx since _ truck has issues - said they were working on getting Chrysler to re add its warranty or they would add one for me …called me to get mileage for so called warranty they added and were going to email a copy to me - been months still waiting - tried to charge me diagnostic fees (wouldn’t think they would do that with a warranty in effect right?) tried charging me 800 for a battery that I got at les Schwab for 250 let them know the other issues and when I picked it up all I got was papers saying they “addressed” my concerns - no one talked to me about any of it. They addressed NOTHING as truck is still doing stuff it shouldn’t … They sold me a vehicle for almost 115k with issues. They saw me coming, handed me a HUGE jar of Vaseline and told me to bend over …. Go ahead Roberson reply to this and say I’m lying say I have misunderstood- I xxxxING DARE YOU …. They are liars and will rip you off to no end…If you want to hear this story directly from me I’m more than happy to tell it in person and let anyone who wants to hear the voice messages that were left for me…

I got the best deal here. I drove four hours to this dealership because of their honesty and excellent customer service, and it was absolutely worth it. Nikki isn’t your typical salesperson, she’s genuine, patient, and truly goes out of her way to help. Her manager was just as impressive; he personally greeted us and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. I’d make the four-hour drive again without hesitation and highly recommend this dealership to anyone.

Nikki is a great saleswoman. No pressure sales easy to work with. Pretty much purchased the vehicle online. She made sure all the final paperwork was ready when I arrived at the dealership.

We had a great experience with Scott! He went above and beyond, and we received more than we expected for a trade in value on our vehicle.

I had an excellent experience from start to finish with the purchase of my new Jeep Wrangler 392. Matthew Aguilar and Martin Gonzalez were great and I highly recommend them and Roberson's with any Jeep needs!

Dishonest service manager. And now I continue to receive unwanted text messages from them. Very disruptive and annoying.

Update (11/08/2025) After posting my initial review, I was contacted by Bryan Blackwell from the service department. He’s worked there for 18 years, and he sincerely apologized for the service I received from their department. He asked if I would give them the time and asked me to come in to give them my account of what happened with my car. He insisted that he wanted to make things right. At that moment, I really didn’t want to, I had lost all faith in Roberson and their ability to do anything right, but I was eventually very pleased with what they did to make things right. They sent out my car to be fully detailed, and when it came back and they weren’t happy with the results, the sent it back to have it done it again. The car is in excellent condition now. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 The second line of my invoice, where I was charged $236 for a service that wasn’t performed? They fixed the problem, and reimbursed me the full amount of the repair. 🤩🤩🤩 I also sat down with Bryan and he told me that due to my complaint (and a few other prior issues), they’ve now hired 3 new techs to their crew, systematically changed the way cars are quality checked, and customers are contacted the day after they receive their vehicle to make sure they are satisfied with the work performed. As they said, and I wholeheartedly agree, the issues shouldn’t have happened in the first place, but they went above and beyond to make this right for me, and so for that, I give them a solid 4 stars. Bryan’s earnest words and serious commitment to making sure I was a satisfied customer shows integrity, and I just hope that this new system they have in place for quality checks prevents anyone else from having a similar experience to my initial post. Original post: I will never recommend Roberson to ANYONE. Completely disappointed with their service. I brought my car in on August 5th with a complaint about my sunroof not operating normally. Turns out it was something my insurance would cover (rodent’s nest). I knew dealing with insurance would take longer and thankfully, I had another car as my daily driver, so I was very lienant with them on repair time… After nearly two months I call to get an update to find out that the lead mechanic working on my car quit, and they hadn’t even started the repair yet. They start working on it and it was done within a few days. The pictures you see posted here are the condition of my car after the repair - and mind you, I had detailed it, having it ready for sale. Unacceptable. -scratches in my trunk that were not there beforehand -greasy fingerprints on my headliner and sunshade (that was just replaced) -trash left on the passenger side floorboards -debris and RODENT FECES in my trunk that happened during the repair -check engine light is now on I called and complained, and was met with attitude from the desk: “okay.. so *minor* cleaning…” (that would have cost $185 if I had to pay). After reviewing my paperwork, I realized they had charged me/my insurance for work that was not done on my car, I simply asked for a quote and told them I did not want it done. They only responded with “we charged your insurance that - not you”. As if that’s the point being made here… THEN when I come to pick the car up today.. THEY STILL LEFT DEBRIS IN THE TRUNK! With rodent feces under it!! Do NOT take your car here, unless you’re okay with poor communication internally and with customers, damages done to your vehicles while getting basic maintenance done, and having them return your car to you filthier than you left it. I honestly wish I could give negative stars.

I can't express how much I appreciate the staff at Roberson Dodge/Jeep…. Especially Martin he’s the salesman who helped me out getting my new JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE he was incredibly helpful, friendly, and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable From start to finish. I’m soo excited about my new car and the adventures ahead. If I ever return back to the service center I know I’ll be in grate hands. Huge S/O!!

The original repairs we were actually in for have also held up perfectly. The work was completed competently, and we’ve had zero issues with those repairs since picking up the vehicle. Now that the cosmetic damage has been addressed as well, the car looks and performs exactly as it should. A big thanks to the tech, an artist, really, for doing such beautiful work, and again to Alex for keeping up good communication throughout this process, as well as Bryan for resolving everything so promptly. While I was frustrated with parts of the process, I want to acknowledge the efforts of Bryan, Alex, and the repair tech in making things right. Big THANKS! It took them just shy of 3 weeks to complete repairs. I’ll give them a little grace since one part was delayed in shipping, and I’ll give Alex credit for mostly keeping me updated during that time. The major issue: they clearly damaged my bumper while removing it to complete the repairs. Not only is there a crack, but also fracture lines in the paint. I reported this immediately, and hours later they called me claiming they had “noted the damage” when my vehicle was first brought in. I call absolute BS. My vehicle has never been in an accident, fender bender, or even a curb scrape. Then they doubled down and said the manager saw it on arrival, yet that same manager doesn’t answer calls or return voicemails. Wild how none of my paperwork mentions any damage, and nobody said a word during the entire process. Adding notes after the fact to cover themselves is shady and dishonest. This vehicle was purchased through them along with the extended warranty they sold me. Imagine a dealer charging such premium labor rates that the service contracts they sell don’t even cover their own rate. If they’re going to pay themselves premium rates, repairs should be completed on time and vehicles should be returned in the same condition, or better, not damaged. Instead, I got premium pricing, zero accountability, and my car back with damage. Fix one issue to create another... Guess thats their idea of job security. And if management shows up on this review claiming they have “no record” or that the damage was already there: double-check your own records. I’ve already called. I’ve already asked for proof. Produce the original notes and photos from drop-off, not backdated, adulterated paperwork added after the fact. I’ll be reporting this experience to every outlet I can to save someone else the headache. Roberson will never get my business again, on either sales or service. Best of luck to Alex, he seems like a good human working for a shady employer.

The major issue: they clearly damaged my bumper while removing it to complete the repairs. Not only is there a crack, but also fracture lines in the paint. I reported this immediately, and hours later they called me claiming they had “noted the damage” when my vehicle was first brought in. I call absolute xx. My vehicle has never been in an accident, fender bender, or even a curb scrape. Then they doubled down and said the manager saw it on arrival, yet that same manager doesn’t answer calls or return voicemails. Wild how none of my paperwork mentions any damage, and nobody said a word during the entire process. Adding notes after the fact to cover themselves is shady and dishonest. This vehicle was purchased through them along with the extended warranty they sold me. Imagine a dealer charging such premium labor rates that the service contracts they sell don’t even cover their own rate. If they’re going to pay themselves premium rates, repairs should be completed on time and vehicles should be returned in the same condition, or better, not damaged. Instead, I got premium pricing, zero accountability, and my car back with damage. Fix one issue to create another... Guess thats their idea of job security. And if management shows up on this review claiming they have “no record” or that the damage was already there: double-check your own records. I’ve already called. I’ve already asked for proof. Produce the original notes and photos from drop-off, not backdated, adulterated paperwork added after the fact. I’ll be reporting this experience to every outlet I can to save someone else the headache. Roberson will never get my business again, on either sales or service. Best of luck to Alex, he seems like a good human working for a shady employer.

5 star service I bought a 17 ram 1500 with 106k and a warranty from Bob lanpher auto group. Not even a month later the motor went bad. Logan Bell was my service advisor he got me a new motor with my warranty after going round and round with them. The motor cost me $100 for the deductible and I got a new engine. This is hands down one of the best auto service departments I've ever worked with. Thank you Roberson's and thank you Logan Bell your awesome.

This is for the service department. Have overfilled oil by 2 quarts. Did not dry carpet after fixing leak. Would not check under vehicle after I asked 3 times for exhaust leak. I had to crawl under vehicle and found a failed clamp. Made me pay for oil change that was done for work under warranty Did not call me when vehicle was done.

My husband and I received over-the-top, fabulous service from Cameron, in the Service Department!! Even though we were from out-of-town and likely never to return, and it was Friday afternoon of the Memorial Day weekend! If this is a kind of service they provide to people just driving through, I can’t imagine how wonderfully they must treat locals.

Really great sales experience, that included a trade in. Fair trade in value and price on my new car. Service experience after purchase, for oil change has been a great process also.

I try not to write good reviews we should all be doing our jobs. But these guys worked hard for me. My name is Eric Geozos, the establishment frowns upon my flower business and have seen some things. I had a very specific request they found it, and a hard time finding a loan even with great credit due to the flower business. They didn’t give up, it took a bit and they found a great APR. my Chrysler Pacifica has held up and is payed off this year. Nathan there did an excellent job.

I have been doing business with Roberson since 2012 and haven't had a bad experience yet. Johny Christensen took excellent care of me during my most recent endeavor. He kept me constantly updated while the mechanics did a great job fixing up my Jeep. Also, the new (to me) contact via text messaging was extremely convenient for me and my busy schedule. Now my Jeep drives like brand new again; I couldn't be happier.

I can't express how much I appreciate this group, especially Johnny. We ran through several technical and staffing issues in a company transition that happened in tandem with my jeep fix. He not only fought for me to get warranties to cover parts, he also provided me with a no charge rental until they could get me buttoned up. He went above and beyond and was in constant communication the whole time, so I knew my baby was in good hands! 10 stars!
